The DiscoverVin™ Pty Ltd website has been prepared to provide clients with information regarding the range of good value for money wines that we have available. Where possible we provide independent reviews on these wines. Whilst we endeavour to keep the information on our website as up-to-date as possible, and to only provide links to reputable websites, we are unable to guarantee the content of these linked websites.
Legal requirements
Warning
Under the Liquor Reform Act 1998 it is an offence
- to supply alcohol to a person under the age of 18 years (Penalty exceeds $17,000)
- for a person under the age of 18 years to purchase or receive liquor (Penalty exceeds $700)
By ordering on this site you confirm that you are over the age of 18 years and are purchasing the alcohol for yourself or other persons over the age of 18 years.
Deliveries
Dispatch of orders is our priority. We will attempt to dispatch orders within 2 working days of your order being confirmed. Deliveries will only be made to street addresses within Australia and cannot be sent to P.O. Boxes unless prior arrangements are made by calling us.
Delivery rates are calculated according to the delivery address and these are listed on our checkout page.

Returns and Refund Policy
Unfortunately we are unable to accept and credit any returns because of change of mind or circumstances.
DiscoverVin™ understands that from time to time goods may need to be returned if found to be faulty upon delivery (ie leaking bottles, under-filled bottles, label damage or broken bottles).
Customer’s privacy
All personal details that are provided to DiscoverVin™ will be held in strictest confidence. Whilst you will need to provide personal details relating to your order and delivery, we ensure that this information will only be shared with those involved in packaging and dispatch of deliveries.
Wholesale clients
Licensed merchants may purchase our wines for resale. Quotes for licensed merchants will be supplied by email on request. Prices quoted will be at landed unit cost (LUC) unless otherwise stated. LUC prices include Wine Equalisation Tax. GST will be added to every account. A freight surchage may be added for some delivery destinations. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment methods
Wholesale licensed merchants purchasing for resale will be provided with an invoice once a credit application is approved.
Online payment by individuals can be made via our online store, using the Commonwealth Bank of Australia Merchant facilities. Your order will not be dispatched until funds are cleared. All of our products are sold in Australian Dollars.
Terms
Wholesale licensed merchants purchasing for resale will be required to complete a credit application. Payment is required in advance for non-approved customers, or within 30 days from invoice for approved customers. Credit facilities on any account may be withdrawn or varied at the discretion of DiscoverVin™ without notice to the purchaser. DiscoverVin™ reserves the right to charge interest at 1.5% per month on all monies owing outside agreed trading terms by the purchaser and, further, the purchaser agrees to reimburse DiscoverVin™ for any legal expenses, collection expenses or bank charges incurred by DiscoverVin™ in the recovery or attempted recovery of overdue monies. In all instances the placement of an order constitutes the acceptance of these terms.
