Winemaking techniques: Skin maceration for 24 hours. Cold-fermentation (16°C). Aged on fine lees.
Our tasting notes: Light gold colour. The nose is lifted and complex with aromas of citrus fruit and white peaches. The palate is fruity nicely well balanced. It has a pleasant "fatness" and on the finish lightly peppery and savoury, with a nice lingering finish. The blend being mostly sauvignon it brings to this wine a sharpness and freshness and the other varities add some roundness and complexity.
"A wonderful surprise. Fruity and smooth then a crisp finish" Jenny Sydney.
It is a perfect accompaniment for seafood and salmon, sushi, paella and goat's cheese.
